v2-option 2

We are temporarily closed.

The Richard III and Henry VII Experiences are temporarily closed for the foreseeable future due to Government advice relating to minimising the risk of Covid-19 (Coronavirus).

See our Frequently Asked Questions for during this closure.

We have contacted as many people as possible regarding bookings until the end of June. Due to new restrictions on travel, our reservations team are no longer able to service our phone and email booking lines. If we had not reached you yet, you can change your booking online (if you set up an online account when you originally booked), with booking slots currently open again from 1st July (though this may change in line with government advice). If you haven’t got an online account, we will contact you when we are able to access our phone and email lines again.

Our apologies for any inconvenience, but we are sure you appreciate that following government guidance for the safety of our staff is our top priority. We look forward to welcoming you back to the JORVIK Group of Attractions as soon as possible, and hope that you and your family stay well during this difficult time.

We are owned by York Archaeological Trust, an educational charity with a mission of ‘Building Better Lives Through Heritage’. If you would like to show your support and offer a donation to York Archaeological Trust to help assist us during this difficult time it would be appreciated enormously. Please click the link below.
